產品用途/Applications

JS-1184加成型有機硅灌封膠主要用于各種汽車電子電源、家用電子電器、工業上各種電子電器等的灌封，主要起防水、導熱、阻燃以及防撞等作用。

     JS-1184 Addition Type Silicone Potting Sealant, which is well used for potting variety of automotive electronics, electrical/electronic ect. It can provide waterproof, thermal conductivity, flame retardant performance and anti - collision function.

操作及安全/ Operation and safety

1、使用前清理干凈灌封表面的灰塵、油污等;

2、混合前，首先把A組分和B組分在各自的容器內充分攪拌均勻;

3、混合時，應遵守A組分： B組分 = 1:1的重量比;

4、A組分與B組分混合，攪拌均勻即可，應避免高速長時間攪拌以防止操作時間縮短而加快固化;

   5、建議使用專用灌封膠設備進行施膠.

   1. Clean and dry the surface.

   2. Before mixing, thoroughly stir each component prior to mixing together

   3.Mixing A component: B component = 1:1 weight ratio

   4. Completely mix component A and component B, high speed and long stirring time should be avoided to avoid shortening operation time and accelerating curing.

   5. Special potting equipment is suggested to use.

顏色及包裝/Color and Package

常規顏色有灰色、黑色，還可按照客戶要求生產特種顏色，采用10kg或 25kg的包裝。

 Gray, white, available customer tailored, in 10kg or25kg packing.

儲存及有效期/Storage& Shelf life

本品屬于非危險品, 應在陰涼干燥的地方貯存，貯存溫度在30℃以下，儲存期6個月。

長時間存放后，膠中的填料會有所沉降，請攪拌均勻后使用，不影響性能。

    This product is non-dangerous. Store in  good ventilation  and dry place and keep the temperature below 30 ℃. Shelf life：6 months

After long time storage, the filler will depositing, please stir it thoroughly before using, without affecting the performance.
